Land-Based Day Courses

Oriented for educators, environmentalists, and nature enthusiasts alike, these day courses are a hands-on opportunity for anybody to learn traditional Ojibwe knowledge complimented by Western science and use these skills themselves. 

Join us to learn about reading landscape features, plant personalities, bird behavior, restoration projects, and more!

Day Course Options

We currently provide 8 different subject-focused opportunities for anybody to learn more about traditional Ojibwe knowledge and gain skills they can use on their own. Join us in the natural areas of Swan Lake First Nation and the Pembina Valley!

 

Availability is seasonal and offered Monday-Friday every week.

Booking Details

We are able to provide each stand-alone course Monday-Friday according to our availability.

Please indicate:

  1. The course, date, and time you would like (All courses require a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 5 hours)

  2. Group size

If you would like to book multiple course options for an extended session, please contact us! We are happy to provide up to 3 courses in one day.
